Enschede 13 July 2018 - In order to get a better grip on the more than 400 large and smaller projects, the Vallei en Veluwe Water Board has decided to use the Fortes Change Cloud. This software platform supports the water board in further professionalizing project management.
Water board Vallei en Veluwe works together with Fortes to implement the Fortes Change Cloud in various phases within the organization. The Fortes software is ideal for starting small and then expanding. The water board has access to the Fortes Change Cloud. This platform offers the organization a complete set of apps that facilitate and accelerate the change process within the organization. With an overview of all current projects, registration and information provision, Fortes Change Cloud supports the water board in the first phase to get a grip on projects. In a next phase, functionalities such as risk management, capacity management and stakeholder management are added.
