On October 9, we, together with our partners Promista and 2Sprint, were present at Overheid 360. More than 800 employees from local and national governments were introduced to Fortes Change Cloud. Interested parties were also able to attend a lecture by Sander about the strategic management of agile teams within local and national governments, with an emphasis on best practices.
A big success
For us Government 360 was a great success! Fortes has many years of experience with municipalities, water boards and national government institutions, and the exhibition floor again proved to be a good match. At the fair we spoke to a good number of familiar faces and, above all, made many new contacts.
Great turnout session Sander
The highlight of the day for us was the well-attended lecture by Sander. The hall was full and with that, people listened to the intro "The agile seed has been planted in municipal land, but how do you ensure that the harvest matches the objectives?".
Based on practical cases, Sander explained how strategic portfolio management and agile execution can be brought closer together while maintaining agile momentum - something that often proves to be a challenge. Sander also demonstrated how Fortes Change Cloud can be used to manage waterfall projects and agile teams from one portfolio.
